47th Reunion Brings Class Together Rain or Shine
By Mark Swanson '71, Class Secretary
The 47th reunion had a rousing start with the barbecue dinner Friday in Hamilton Courtyard, where camaraderie and conversation extended the event well past the nominal ending time. We re-gathered in the basement of Chancellor Green for a dry and cool lunch Saturday, which was attended by about 30 members of '21, with whom we had lively discussions. We lined up for the P-rade and watched the early classes go off before learning that the P-rade was cancelled for the first time in generations because of the threat of inclement weather. We had a nice cocktail party followed by a delicious class dinner in Prospect House, where we are privileged to have our off-year events every year.
Signed in or seen on campus were: John Arigoni, Jay Bagdis, Scott Berg, Robert Boyle, David Chamberlain, Len Coleman, Bruce Corcoran, Alan Curlee, Richard DiFedele, William Elfers, Paul Fitzgerald, Chuck Goldberg, Robert Good; Jeff Hammond, Steve Henkelman, Wally Hess, Patricia Hess, Jack Hittson, Hank Holoszyc, Herb Lape, Fred Lepore, Tom Leuner, Arthur Lowenstein, Dennis Macaleer, John Mavros, Mark Mazo, Bill McCarter, Steve Muther, Ray Ollwerther, Doug Pike, Jamie Pitney, Tom Potts, Stu Rickerson, David Schankler, Ron Senchesak, Rob Slocum, Randy Snow, Tina Sung, Mark Swanson, Deborah Tegarden, Alan Usas, Gary Walsh, and Howard Zien.
